squeeze in the juice from the wedge and stir in with the chopped cilantro until the mixture is somewhat smooth (it should be a little lumpy)

Guacamole is very much about seasoning to taste. When you're only making one serving it's important not to over season or you'll ruin it quickly. A sprinkle is all you need. Start with just a dash of salt and pepper and give it a taste. If it needs a little more, sprinkle a little more in.For a little extra heat you can add in a sprinkle of chili pepper flakes. For added texture or a little colour add a tbsp of diced red bell pepper.
